Mmmmm caramelized bananas….. ohh so yummy!! This is a recipe that I have been making for years. It’s perfect for a little mid morning snack or my favorite DESSERT!
To start, put a frying pan over medium heat. Begin melting a tablespoon of coconut oil.
Next, you will need a banana!
Begin cutting the banana into thick slices.
Once the coconut oil is melted, place bananas in pan.
While that side is cooking, mix together 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of honey. You don’t have to be exact on your measurements just make sure the ratio is 1:1.
Once the bananas are done frying, flip over and pour in water and honey mixture. Then sprinkle some cinnamon.
And you are done 🙂
